The 1999 Bijhanian state election was held on 6-7 November 1999. The election took place during the presidency of Joru Kivik, and was held to elect all 60 seats in the State Assembly and 10 of the 30 seats in the State Council, to determine the composition of the 4th State Forum, the bicameral state legislature of Bijhan.
