Delta (Russian: Дельта, Del'ta), officially the Commune of Delta (Russian: Коммуна Дельта, Kommuna Del'ta) is a territory in southeastern Europe in the Volga River Delta controlled by the libertarian socialist People’s Militia and the numerous local councils.
Delta was founded in TBD by a group of survivors of the nuclear war, hiding in what used to be southeastern Astrakhan Oblast of Russia. As of TBD, Delta has approximately 3,200 inhabitants.
