Eidsiva Hafslund Energi is a Skandinavian power and utility company based in Chrstiania. The company was created in 2006 with the merger of Eidsiva Energi and Hafslund, both municipally owned companies. In 2008 30% of the shares were sold to the finish Fortum. The company operates several hydroelectric power plants in the counties of Oslo, Akershus and Oppland as well as two wind farms. It also provide heat and water in the counties of Oslo and Akershus.
According to the privatization of regional power networks carried out by the government in 2010, EHE Nettverk, the company created by Eidsiva Hafslund Energi to manage the electrical grid operation, was awarded the grids of several counties.
