Joseph William Falkner (born February 10, 1970) is a Superian foreign policy expert and politician serving as the current minister to the American Council representing Superior since February 24, 2022. Prior to 2022, he had served as a member of the House of Delegates representing Normandy Coast (Uppasala's 6th electoral district) from 2015 to 2022. He is a member of the United Conservative Party and was previously a member of its predecessor, the Conservative Party of Superior, from 1996 until its dissolution and merge with the United Popular Front in 2002.
Falkner himself was born in Des Moines, Iowa, and moved to Uppasala in 1981. He would graduate high school seven years later and attend the University of Minneapolis until he graduated in 2004. He would serve as a lawyer and later a foreign policy expert and later spokesperson for American Security Institute, a conservative think-tank based in New Michigan, before he formally entered into politics running for the House of Delegates in the 2015 federal election. He would succede Stanely Brown as MP for Normandy Coast and would be re-elected three more times from 2015 to 2022. On January 20, 2022, Dillon announced that Falkner would be his nominee for Superior's Minister of the American Council to succede Michael Ellison who had been serving in said role throughout the presidency of Jennifer Granholm and was confirmed to the position on February 24 by the High Council.
