Kenneth Patrick Morrison (born January 22, 1964) is a Sierran lawyer and politician who is the current acting Chair of the Communist Party of Sierra since 2012.

Born in Antioch, San Joaquin to a working class family, Morrison had grown up in a political active background as both of his parents were known anti-poverty activists and his father was a member of the Sierran Workers' Party, a predecessor to the present day Sierran Communist Party. He eventually joined COMPARS in 1997 and was elected to its Central Committee in 1999 following that year's annual Party General Election. In 2001, he was chosen to become the party's media spokesperson and public representative and did several interviews with major media outlets such as RBS to increase the knowledge of the party's existence. In 2007, he helped lead several anti-war protests against Sierran involvement in the Iraq War and this saw the party win multiple county and provincial seats in San Joaquin, Santa Clara, and Tahoe.

In 2012 he ran in the Communist Party's leadership election and was elected Chairman of the Central Committee on March 14th and assumed office four days later. Since become Chair of the Communist Party, he's helped the party gain new members taking advantage of anger and discontent with the political establishment, especially anger towards the dominate parties; the Royalist Party and Democratic-Republican Party, and has also become the most vocal advocate for political republicanism on the far left.
