Prince Mohammed Emel Khan (born 17 February 1969 in Rome) is the second son of King Ahmad Shah Khan of Pashtunistan and formerly the Prime Minister of the kingdom from 2007 to 2015, during his father's reign. After an investigation discovered fraud and other irregularities 2014 Pashtun legislative election which occurred under his premiership, he stepped down and was replaced by Abdul Qadir Baryalai as the head of government. Since then Mohammed Emel Khan has served an advisor to his nephew and in 2017 was appointed Pashtun Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sierra.
