The National Cybersecurity Agency(NCSA) (/ɛn-si-ɛs-eɪ/) is a civilian foreign and domestic cyber intelligence service of the Libertan Government, a part of Praesidium de Patria, tasked with gathering, surveying, overseeing domestic and foreign internet traffic, prosecuting national (officially*) and international (unofficially**) online crimes, interfering with foreign countries internet activity deemed hurtful in some way to Liberta or National Security, and to act as a the main branch of the Libertan Government's relating in any way to cyberwarfare. As a part of the Praesidium de Patria, the NCSA reports directly to the minister of the Praesidium de Patria. While its parent intelligence agency is the National Intelligence Agency the NCSA acts almost entirely independently.
