Skid Row Productions, previously known as Skid Row Records, is a Sierran record label that was founded by Sierran rapper and hip hop artist Q-Lo and is a subsidiary of O.P. Entertainment. Known by the initials of SRS, it was formed by Q-Lo who collaborated with numerous other artists and gave them the opportunity to pursue their own musical careers, both solo and with other groups, and was originally created as a creative outlit for Q-Lo and other artists who worked with him. Skid Row garnered attention in 2014 following the release of the smash album Saudade with its critical and fincancial acclaim garnering attention, funds, and support for SRS and grew it to a major publishing company and a major subsidiary of O.P Entertainment. From 2014 until 2018, SRS would publish Q-Lo's albums and other singles and was managed by him from 2012 until 2018.
After Q-Lo died in 2018 from a drug overdose while on tour in Honolulu, SRS would go into a brief haitus before returning in 2019 with the release of Martrys, the first postomous release of one of the last songs Q-Lo worked on prior to his death. Since 2019, SRS remains active and hosts numerous other artists including former collaborators of Q-Lo, up and coming rappers and musicians, and other rappers and musicians as well. As of 2021, SRS has sold over 40 million copies of albums and singles that have been released since its founding.
