In August 1st 2018 the Libertan government passed the Legalization of Cannabidiol, known as the LCBD Bill. Since 2016 the bill was constructed by the Ministry of Health, recommended by Weedly corporation , and was given to the Hall of Decision in June the 23rd.

National Legalization of Cannabidiol, CBD This Bill, will legally allow the conditional use of the Cannabinoid Cannabidiol [CBD], as properly *1 prescribed by a person with a Medical University Degree, [[[RmD]]], to a patient with proven physical, or psychological health issues with proven cure *2 by using Cannabidiol.

Cannabidiol is not to be used with, or to be combined with tetrahydrocannabiol, [TBC]. Any such action shall be properly 3* penalized, at most a fine of $200 in a neighborhood court, regardless of fine amount.

  • 1 Doctor with a RmD Degree must conduct a complete medical examination or if patient is claiming to suffer from a psychological illness a complete standard psychological examination must be performed.
  • 2 The patient’s claimed illness must have proven beneficial Cannabidiol usage in order for the remedy to be prescribed, if wrongly prescribed a standard miss prescription penalization is to follow.

3* Proper penalization amount will be dependent on quantity $40 = 15g, not amount of tetrahydrocannabiol.

This Bill fully authentic as passed by the Libertan Government, passed by the Libertan Hall Of Decision, Ministry of Economy, The National Supreme Court, and the National Libertan Constitutional Court.

This law is enforced under the standard 20:1:3 protocol.
